First, I'll always prime my tag with a gesso. Then, I misted the tag with my first layer of blue using tattered angels mist and TCW stencil
Just to add a little interest to the background, I used a texture paste and went over some tiny dots TCW stencils.
Using my favourite butterfly stencil, I went over it with the same texture paste and place it to the top of the tag.
Now comes my favourite part, dripping colours :D
