HLS April CAS Challenge

Hi everyone.  Time for the April CAS challenge - YAY!!

The winners from the March CAS Sponging challenge will be announced here next week.  We had over 120 wonderful and creative entries!!!  To see them up close and personal, click HERE to see the Pinterest Board we've created for the March Sponging entries.

Here's our new challenge ...

There are lots of ways to use stencils.  And lots of techniques using stencils as well.  We hope you'll pull out your stencils, create a CAS card, and join us for some fun!  Don't have any stencils??  You can create your own using die-cuts, punches and even hot glue.  See tutorials below on how to make your own stencils, as well as videos on some fun stenciling techniques.

At Happy Little Stampers, CAS  (clean and simple) is defined as:

- one main focal point
- lots of white or open (no pattern) space
- minimal layers
- minimal embellishments

We would love for your to share your tips for stenciling ... or how you used stenciling on your card.

This month, we welcome Nancy as our Guest Designer.  Nancy LOVES to make CAS cards ... check out her gallery of cards HERE.  She has all her cards posted on a forum (no blog), so if you don't belong to the forum, please leave a message for Nancy here.

We're thrilled to have you with us this month, Nancy!! :)

Here are the CAS Stenciled cards for this week ...
