HLS February CAS Challenge

Hi everyone. Welcome to the HLSs February CAS Challenge. Didn't we have fun last month with Smooshing??!! :) The Design Team had a fun time looking at all the amazing Smooshed CAS cards in the gallery. Click HERE to see the Pinterest Board with the Guest Designer, Design Team, and participant's cards. Lots of inspiration! Thanks again to everyone who joined us. The winners will be announced here on the 10th of February.

Here's our new challenge ...

This is such a fun and easy technique. And it's a great way to use your embossing folders in a whole new way. Basically, you ink up the raised design on the inside of your embossing folder, spritz with water and then press it onto your card stock. The embossing folder design transfers to your card stock with a watercoloured look ... very artsy looking. Please check out our video tutorials below.

Please remember to keep your cards CAS ...

At Happy Little Stampers, CAS (clean and simple) is defined as

- one main focal point
- lots of open (no pattern) space
- minimal layers
- minimal embellishments

This month we are thrilled to have Cornelia as our Guest Designer. Welcome!
