HLS January CAS Challenge

Hi everyone.  2015 is going to be a great year here at Happy Little Stampers.  We already have a wonderful sketch challenge that's been running every month for the past six months.  And now we're adding a new challenge ... welcome to the CAS Challenge at HLS.

Our first challenge for January is Watercolouring.  There are lots of different ways to add watercolouring to your cards.  Whether you are a traditionalist using watercolour paints on watercolour paper ... or if you prefer to use ink, watercolour pencils or markers ... everything is welcome for this challenge.  And it can be any part of the card, as long as there's watercolouring in some way ... background wash, main image, or die-cuts.

At Happy Little Stampers, CAS is defined as:  clean and simple design with one main focal point, lots of white (or open) space, and minimal layers and embellishments.

Come join in the fun ... use a watercolouring technique that works for you ... or check out some of the tutorials below and try something new --- it's up to you.  Just let us know in your description, what you used and how you used it ... it's great to share knowledge with other crafters! :)
